Good morning

Thank you all my clients who worked me with to reschedule yesterday due to the power outage. If I haven't rescheduled you yet it will get done today but With the upcoming storm, I would like remind everyone that if you feel uncomfortable driving in the snow, please reschedule with me as soon as possible. Any weather related cancellations with notice will not be charged a fee. However, no-call/no-shows will be charged my no-show fee. Thank you for understanding- stay warm!

I just want to put it out there that nappy Critters grooming is booked up and with Thanksgiving and Christmas already around the corner. If you plan on getting your pets groomed and you want them looking good for the holidays, you need to make your appointments since now don't wait till a week before Thanksgiving and a week before Christmas because I will not have time. I'm not squeezing in extras. I only have so much space to do so many dogs a day. Send me a text message with ur information and please Remember up to date shot records are required and I DO NOT 🚫 give prices over the phone

Most people do not realize that I have PTSD and anxiety. I cannot stand to make or receive phone calls. That may sound horrible and as a business owner I know it's unprofessional. I prefer text messages and even then my phone makes noise and I hand it to my husband and he's the one who answers for me it's just the PTSD response in my brain. I don't know how else to put it. I just don't like answering phone calls

Well looks like due to water restrictions Nappy Critters Groomin will be closing until further notice .. we well reach out to everyone within the next few days to figure out what we are gonna do I'm sorry for the inconvenience to everybody hopefully our water situation gets better soon

Just let everybody know I've been unavailable for a couple days but I will be back. I haven't forgotten those that need to be rescheduled and I will get to those who need to be scheduled as quickly as possible. Thank you all for your patience.

My old lady penny came in for a visit today.ive grown so atteach d to penny as I do all my clients that I've been grooming consistently . her owners literally take the time to find an opening and drive down from Albuquerque to get her groomed your loyalty is very much appreciated
