OPEN THIS WEEK!
Even with school closed tomorrow (1/7) I will be open!

We were fortunate to get the drive and parking area plowed! I do ask you use caution and if you are not comfortable driving you can always reschedule! No worries better be safe than sorry!

Friendly reminder…I will reach out to you personally if I will close due to inclement weather, school closing days, or frigid temps! I will try to be open as much as possible and keeping the safety of you all top priority during inclement weather as we go into our winter season!

This is soooo true! Thankful all the kindness from all of my clients! Love you all! 🐾❤️

During these times (and always), I leave an important reminder: treat those who work in Customer Service with kindness, even if they make mistakes.

During these weeks, many people will endure long work hours, eat while standing, miss special moments with their loved ones, and end up very tired. It’s an intense season for them.

If they ever make a mistake, like preparing your coffee incorrectly, forgetting to swap your salad for fries, or adding ice to your drink when you asked for none, remember the effort they’re putting in to earn their living during a special season.

Being kind costs nothing, and it can make a big difference. 💙💙

Holiday season is upon us which means lots of people are messaging for appts or info on grooming! The fastest way to get a response is to TEXT me

I’ve dropped the ball with responding to people on messenger and taking way too long to respond either their message gets pushed to the bottom after new messages come in before I can read theirs, or sent to my request folder!

My hours are every other Monday 9-3:30 and Tuesday-Friday 8:30-3:45/4:00 it is hard for me to reply back while I am working but I promise I will respond to texts/messages within 24hrs!
