Sioux was the horse many people know as the horse that was roaming free for years on Oneals rd. In Laurel, DE. The woman who started this go fund me rescued her before any harm could come to her. She was not prepared for another horse especially one who needed so much training but couldn’t see her hurt or worse. She has now been approached with an incredible opportunity for this horse to have a second chance at life. If you feel led please donate towards this horse’s second chance.
