✨ Myth: A tired dog makes a well-behaved dog.

🔍 Reality: While exercise is important, overtiring your dog can actually lead to more behavior problems! Just like us, our furry friends need a balance of activity and rest to stay happy and healthy. 🌟

Think about toddlers: when they skip their naps, they get cranky, overexcited, and hard to handle. The same goes for dogs! 🐕 They need about 12-14 hours of sleep a day (puppies and senior dogs need even more) to recharge their batteries and process their experiences.

Instead of just focusing on tiring them out physically, engage their minds with training, puzzle toys, and scent games. This keeps them stimulated without overwhelming them. 🧠

Remember, a well-rested dog is a well-behaved dog. Let’s make sure our pets get the rest they need! 💤
