Robyn Update
Wanted to share a little update on our sweet, sweet Robyn. She is starting to eat better for me but it is still *very* small amounts. As you can see at the end of the video, she easily gags and often throws up what she has eaten. She very much despises medication time and has made it crystal clear that she is fed up with me😅 But, we’ll keep chugging along until she’s on the mend!
Friday we will be going back to the Vet. I’ve noticed that certain foods I’ve given her seem to be hard for her to chew so I’m going to have the Vet take another look at her mouth and see if they can notice anything off. Could be a big reason for her weight loss that happened so quickly. We are staying more hydrated and administering 100ml every three days verses the 100ml we were having to do daily, so YAY for some progress🎉
Please don’t stop praying for our girl, she needs all she can get💞As always we appreciate all of you for the love and support and we will make sure to keep everyone updated as we can!

🚨Mattie Update🚨
Last night, Mattie faced a critical downturn, and I feared we might lose him. Thankfully, he bravely made it through the night, but his battle is far from over. Mattie is grappling with a severe upper respiratory infection, especially perilous given his already fragile state. He has relapsed into not eating or drinking, struggling with severe dehydration, labored breathing, and weakness, making it challenging for him to even try to stand.
Overnight, he received vital fluids, but the situation remains dire. The vet is considering the possibility of an oxygen chamber due to his distressed breathing, a measure we can't afford. The Emergency Vet in Lexington quoted $2,500 for the necessary visit, fluids, and potential oxygen chamber. While we're optimistic about ongoing antibiotics and antiviral medications, we must prepare for the worst-case scenario.
Your support is now more critical than ever to save Mattie. We'll persist in fighting for him until he shows us he has no more fight left. Mattie deserves a chance to experience the love he was deprived of in his past. If you can contribute, your kindness and compassion for Mattie are deeply appreciated. Donations can be made via Venmo or PayPal listed below. Please continue to keep Mattie in your thoughts and prayers🙏💛

Someone threw down the churu’s tonight. So relieved that we’ve finally found something that Mattie can’t eat enough of💞
He may just be licking off the gravy but its progress nonetheless💛 Mattie should be having a follow up appointment later today or tomorrow so we will keep all of you updated!
