Dubie, from the Prison rehabilitation program:
Well, I got Dubie back for some great training. He was 1of the last dogs from the prison puppy rehabilitation program . He was adopted than returned than in foster but now found his forever home with his new Owner Andrew. We started training with him Friday. It sure was good to see him.
He turned out to be a big boy.

Featured in the German Newspaper!
Last Friday the newspaper in Germany featured this article about me and my dog training business and and my dog training life.
I believe it came out in 2 papers.
1 of them the newspaper from my hometown, die Pirmasenser Zeitung and the other 1 , die Rheinpfalz.
I want to thank Christiane Margin for that nicely written article and interview.
Makes me a little proud to get that recognition in Germany. I alway say that dogs are my life!

Look who is watching me during dog training.
This is a red tailed Hawk! He hunts and flies all around my property for years. A year ago they even had a baby in my tree.
Yesterday while I was training Pacco and Giny early in the morning, btw, it was 6 Degrees, he was just sitting in my tree and watching me. You can see in the picture he was looking straight at me. He was still there when I left.
I love seeing and watching him.

Debbie and I in Mexico .
Someone took this picture of us while we were on vacation in Cancun. After a few years of vacation in Germany, we decided to try Cancun. We loved it. Had a great hotel and the shopping was excellent. They have a outlet Debbie loved. I think that’s were this picture was taken. The food was great too.

A Frenchie:
Meet Rocky and his owner Jeff.
Rocky is a 7 month old French Bulldog . They started basic obedience training. We worked on some housebreaking. Rocky has some problems with that. Housebreaking is the first obedience lesson every puppy must learn. I teach all my clients how to teach their dog to go potty on command. Rocky will do great.

What are you Buddy?
What do you think?
This is Cherish and her 8 month old Rescue mixed breed Buddy.
We don’t really know what he is is. He could be a Dane , a Hound or a lot of something.
Both started basic obedience training and Buddy did a great job. He is a very nice and sweet dog.

Throw back Thursday:
Debbie and I went to Austin Texas.
I took this picture over 14 years ago . We went to a after Christmas trip to Austin and stayed in a beautiful hotel I believe on 5. Street, which is 1 street above the very famous 6. Street. We took a carriage ride through 6. Street and also visited the bar were they play Austin city limits. We had a lot of fun, even though Debbie’s license plate said OU Sooners. That was good for a few laughs.

A Cane Corso puppy:
Meet Leeloo and her owners Megan and Jeremy. Leeloo is 8 month old. They started basic obedience training.
Cane Corsos are large dogs. They are very protective and also active. They need structure and training. Not doing this can and will lead to behavioral problems.
Leeloo did very well!

A Bernese and a Golden Retriever:
Meet Waffles, she is a 12 weeks old Golden Retriever here with her owner Morre, and Atlas, he is a 8 month old Bernese Mountain Dog and his owner Colton.
They started basic obedience training.
All of them had a nice and productive first class. We will have both dogs trained in no time.

Happy heavenly birthday to my mother:
Today my mother would have been 85 years. Sadly she passed away at 48.
She was a sweet and caring mother. She thought I could do no wrong.
I remember when I told my family that I am going to be a dog trainer, everyone shook their head or laughed, my mother however said: that’s a great idea. She also volunteered my services to all the neighbors and I was not allowed to take any money, ever. She said it would not be right.
I remember when she opened the windows every morning even in the winter and than talked to the neighbors. It’s a German thing.
Well mom I think about you daily, you are a big influence to me. I do miss you. Happy birthday mom, and if you look down forgive me if you see me wearing my sweat pants.I love you.

Throwback Thursday:
Debbie and Josie:
This picture was taken over 14 years ago. We picked up our than puppy Josie from our friend George in Houston. Josie was 9 weeks old. We had a lot of fun. Josie was the toughest female I have ever worked. She did not compromise in anything, even bit me a few times. Not severe.
She did have a face like a angel and she was fun to work. Sadly she passed away a little over a year . She was over 12 years old and NEVER sick 1 day in her live. I think she was to tough to get sick. We do miss her, but still tell lots of stories about her and believe me I have a few! She was great with Debbie!
