It is 4:44 in the evening. The temperature on my car says 111°. The heat on the asphalt and concrete is going to be much more. I just saw three people walking their dogs.. please do yourself and your dogs a huge favor! If you can't go early in the morning, OR later in the evening... just skip the walk! You are not a bad owner for not walking your dog, there are so many other activities you could do. This day and age more people could stand to meditate with their dogs for 30 minutes. I promise it will do your dog some good! Please be aware of how difficult it is to get a dog through heat stroke, ask any veterinarian, it's almost impossible in most cases without brain damage. It's just not worth it!
