I am an avid gardener who respects the land, the bugs and butterflies, and the beauty of nature. What we eat – you eat! The short list for 2017: Green beans, tomatoes, lettuce, spinach, hot and sweet peppers, as well as a large variety of herbs for your own cooking or home canning needs. Rhubarb will be available in the spring for pies or cakes. Having recently completed the University of Minneso

ta's “Cottage Food Producer Advanced Safety Course” I am confident that my canned goods will be of utmost quality, using accepted protocols for safe processing. I will be offering jams, jellies, pickled vegetables and more as the garden produce becomes available. If you're interested in learning the 'lost art' of canning or are in need of custom canned products, let me know! Starter garden plants, various heirloom seed, and landscaping plants will be available seasonally. I hope to introduce gluten-free mixes in the future. If you're interested in eggs, butchered chickens, specialty herbs or vegetables, drop me a line. I'll be happy to grow what you're looking for! Thanks for stopping by!

The St. Peter Farmer's market is looking for a fudge and/or candy vendor and someone who sells homemade soap!

Come join us Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings (either or both!) for a fun day of selling to our community!

$10 per time or $100 for the season (June-Oct)

If selling food items, you MUST have your Cottage Foods Producer Registration. If you need more info about that, please feel free to P.M. and I'll be happy to provide information.

Additionally, I am trying to find a Master Gardener that would like to set up a free booth and answer questions for our fellow gardeners. Anyone got a lead on that?

TIA and feel free to PM if you have any questions!
