SNIP is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with a clinic located in League City, Texas. We provide spay and neuter, along with wellness services for the Greater Houston area.

Our management team would like to officially welcome Willie to our family!
Y’all asked… and we delivered. Meet Willie!

Willie joins us with nearly a decade of diverse experience in the veterinary industry, backed by a strong foundation in both clinical support and business operations. Over the past nine years, he has held a wide range of roles—including receptionist, veterinary assistant trainee, practice manager, and a key member of the Accounting and Finance team at Compassion First Pet Hospitals. This well-rounded background gives him a unique, big-picture understanding of how successful veterinary practices thrive from the ground up.

In addition to his corporate experience, Willie has also served as Practice Manager for a nonprofit organization, deepening his passion for mission-driven work and community impact. His professional interests include business development, operational efficiency, exceptional client service, and upholding the highest standards of patient care.

Willie is dedicated not only to supporting his internal team, but also to collaborating with veterinary partners such as animal shelters and rescue organizations. He consistently strives to make a meaningful difference within the community.

Outside of work, Willie enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and seeking out new adventures. His heart dog is Sable, a rescue Anatolian Shepherd he saved in 2022 after she was hit by a car and treated for pyometra and a broken hip—a true testament to both his compassion and unwavering commitment to animal welfare.

Fun Fact: Willie proudly declares himself an enthusiastic anti-hoarder. He has a passion for helping people who “don’t know where to begin” transform their spaces with organization and intention. (Yes—he truly lives for a good before-and-after moment.)

Your favorite scrappy little clinic is officially drowning in supplies with nowhere to put them, and we’re trying so hard to look organized while building our new home.

If you’ve ever said, “Let me know if you need anything!”

We’re asking for donations of heavy-duty shelving units like this one:
(Think tall, metal, garage-style, weight-bearing bad boys that can hold all our clinic chaos.)

• Store meds & surgery supplies

For the next three days, we’ll be at the clinic from 8 AM to 5 PM getting everything ready for opening day!
