Our beloved long-stay summer training clients Teddy & Bear had a much needed spa day at our favorite local grooming spot today! Their groomer did a fantastic job bringing them from scruffy & stinky to regal and refreshed! They’ve got a new pep in their step and are ready to show off their new and improved manners to their owners on Sunday! 🐕🐾🥰🤗

Welcoming Camden! This handsome man is with us for a 2 week stay & train to work on his confidence around other dogs on leash. After experiencing some negative greetings with other dogs on leash he has become defensive and reactive. We are here to help change that! He’s already studying up on the basics 😉🥰

Most of our clients want to work on their pup’s social skills around other dogs. Whether they are reactive, anxious, undersocialized or just haven’t been able to experience structured play before, we always make it a goal for our training pups to have a positive experience around a variety of other dogs. We help facilitate healthy play and polite social interactions by encouraging and enforcing breaks. We also incorporate some group obedience before and in between play. While we want our pups to play it is even more important that they have the ability to remain calm and neutral around other dogs. 💕🐕💕

In honor of new training pups Teddy & Bear joining our pack for the summer, here are some facts about Airedale Terriers:

are the largest terrier breed, with males standing about 23 inches tall at the shoulder.

are known as "The King of Terriers" because of their strength, size, and spirit.

We are excited to help them learn and grow to their greatest potential during their long stay with the OG pack 😊❤️
