Hello, my name is Cameron and I run Durdy Dawg bathing services. I am a mobile dog bather. I do not groom with the means of cutting hair. It is a skill I one day hope to acquire, but for now just bathing.
The biggest thing I bring to the table is I come to you, meaning you do not need to load up your messy pup and take it anywhere. This also means one on one time with your dog, not just your pup being shoved in a cage for several hours to dry. I have been around animals for many years and take joy in making new friends.
What does your bath include?
You get a general hair blow out and brush followed by a shampoo bath suited for your dogs needs, as well as drying and nail trim and ear cleaning if needed.
What do you need to know?
I am often alone and safety is the number one priority, therefore a bath may be cut short if the dog becomes aggressive or shows signs of distress. I do carry muzzles, but if the dog is becoming stressed or unsafe, the service will be terminated. This goes for nail trims as well. I do not want to cause negative feelings with nail clippers.
Are there extra fees?
Yes, but all fees will be addressed before the bath starts. If the animal is matted beyond the norm, these need to be cut out before the bath and an extra charge is added on. Should the animal need extra shampoo or a special type, there is a fee added as well. If the dog is needing brushing and a coat blown above the standard time, we have an extra fee for that as well.
Below are photos of prices and add-ons. Any questions feel free to message me!
I do work full-time elsewhere, as well as have children's events, so I bathe around them. My normal availability is Sundays and Wednesday from noon to 6pm. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays are 530p to 8p.
