Our first "Test yourself Thursday" was about canine vaccines. So what do dogs get vaccinated for anyways?

The most common are:
-Rabies
-DAPPV/DHPP/DA2PPV This canine combo vaccine protects against Parvovirus, as well as Distemper, Parainfluenza, and Adenovirus.
-Leptospirosis (sometimes included in the above combo vaccine)
-Bordetella

There are other vaccines for dogs, including the Influenza vaccine, Lyme vaccine, and even a rattlesnake vaccine.
