Kay Turpin Animal Rescue Fund KTARF is 501(c)(3) organization that assists with medical needs and placement of rescue animals.

Kay Turpin was a dedicated Animal Control Officer for 11 years, but her passion for animals and their well-being expanded throughout her lifetime. Kay worked tirelessly to save as many animals as possible, and was successful in finding homes for hundreds. We hope to carry on her legacy by assisting individuals and organizations that share her ambition to help animals in need.
