We just received the results back.... covid- !!
We will still be taking a break and healing up, but only till the 23rd.

The Somersworth Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying the subject seen the photo in regards to a theft of a dog at Wal-Mart. This incident is alleged to have occurred on 10/20/2021 at around 1530.
"Emmy Lou" is described as a 9 year old, Mini pincher/terrier mix, dark brown with a white chest and black hair on her head, that looks like a "mohawk". The dog is described as having white around the mouth and eyes due to age. The dog has a pink collar and pink harness.

A first for me, camping and hiking with goats! I knew nothing about goats, but learned a lot. My friend Shannon has done this a few times and fun to see how bonded, and well trained they are by her- Slick and Glacier seemed to enjoy the walks and carried our water bottles, snacks, flashlights, and raingear. At night they were safely enclosed in a comfy trailer with certified weed-free hay, grain, water and their favorite treats- peanuts- shells and all. The first night we had a curious coyote near camp, telling his family all about it lol.
I was amazed to watch them eat what I thought were the most least dry inedible plants or shrubs on the range- but gobbled them up like kids do crackers. Hiking, they were roaming with us at liberty and followed Shannon close- walking when she walked and stopping to browse when she stopped- super easy!

The mustangs typically stayed where they were when they first spotted them- very fascinated and only moving to change position among the band for a better look. A couple times a few brave ones took steps in to get a closer look, but when one of the boys shook with the pack on, they turned 180 and slingshotted back.
We often skirted around bands photographing as we go, but when we spent more time around a particular band, photo-documenting, many of the mustangs went back to grazing.
What fun it was, and Slick and Glacier are so sweet.
