This is a Curly Cherry hybrid aquarium stand.
Working with our extrusion company we have developed a system to eliminate the center leg on aquariums up to 60” in length!
Please be kind, I need to lose 40 lbs and cameras make me nervous! Lol

Check out this Mid-century modern aquarium stand. Built of solid ribbon stripe Sapele. The case and foot are dovetail construction.
This stand will hold a 55 gallon freshwater tank. Once the tank is installed we have matching trim and low profile lid to hide the ugly plastic on these standard tanks.
This stand is heading to Baltimore MD!

Sorry, I haven’t posted in the last few months, been slow getting quotes out and just kind of hard to get ahold of.
We have been extremely busy building cabinets, furniture and aquarium stands.
Well, the day finally came after months of getting the shop ready and learning to program in 5 Axis. The new machine is here!

108 x 36 x 37 Hard Maple with a brown amber stain. Inset doors with push to open option.
This one is heading to Michigan!

60 x 30 x 36 Peninsula stand built in hard maple with a Dover White Stealth paint.
This was finished to exact match to the homeowners specs down to the cutters used to make the 5 piece doors.
This stand features an electrical area with removable wall, Panduit electrical run, push to open inset doors, and arched foot.
This one is heading to Florida!

Many of the stands and canopies I’m doing these days are for very large tanks.
There is a huge difference in extrusion companies and the types of connections being used.
Below is the skeleton of a 96x36x36 and canopy framing.
As well as the heavy duty corner brackets and the smaller standard brackets.
There is a good example of the standard duty extrusion as well as the heavy duty.
Our standard duty extrusions are heavier than the competitions heavy duty.

Check this cool little stand that has about everything you could want in a stand.
This one is built out of solid Walnut
The end doors are veneered in plain sawn walnut and the front doors in walnut Burl.
The interior features an acrylic liner, when the left panel is removed it exposes the electrical area.
This one is heading out to San Diego next week!

Just finished up a beautiful contemporary knotty cherry stand and canopy.
This stand features graduated drawers on one side of the stand, an adjustable shelf on the other.
Extruded aluminum canopy frame, customized for Ecotech radions and Reef Brite XHO lighting.
