We are in the process of updating our policies, which will go into effect on January 1, 2025. We will be distributing paper copies in October.
One of the main policies which will be strictly enforced is late fees. Our grooming drop off is from 8-9 am each day. If you are going to be past 9:00 arrival, please call us to let us know.
No one is usually in the lobby past 9 am because we are beginning our day grooming. If we cannot start at 9, the whole day gets behind. However, if you let us know you’re running late we can have someone available to bring in the dog. If you do not call, there will be a late fee of $20.

With fall break starting in about a month we just want to give a heads up on boarding. As of today we are booked for large dogs October 5-13th. We still have a few openings for small dogs so please let us know ASAP for the first 2 weeks of October.
