All paintings have been dropped off and hung! It's official!!
My first gallery showing is underway! I am so excited to have my art being shown beside the wonderful artist Renee Hardy!
Our work will be available for viewing and purchase now through the month of February.

I was commissioned to paint this piece as a Christmas gift last November . It was my first painting in months and I decided to really just enjoy the process and have fun with it. I am so glad that I did because I just love how he came out.

This little fella is now happily hung in his new home.

Hi Super, Awesome, Fabulous friends!

I know I had promised to update my Etsy shop after the Holidays and instead I have been totally Mia.

All of my hard work from the holidays put in a pretty bad flare. I just kept getting worse until I had to be admitted to the hospital.

I was released last Friday and have spent the weekend recovering.

I am doing much better but still not at my baseline. Recovery is going to take a bit.

I need to rest a lot so I have been trying to catch up on some painting. Hurray!

The Doctors believe that I have Myasthenia Gravis along with my lupus.

Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune disease that causes the muscles of your body to become extremely weak. It can get to the point where your breathing is compromised which can be fatal.

The great news is now that we know what I have we can finally start treating it and hopefully I can get some of the old Mandy back🥰

I still have to jump through some hoops with additional testing and insurance but this is the closest I have gotten to finally get help with my weakness.

In closing here is a picture that I was able to paint in between resting.
