Meeps (named for his tiny voice) is a 4 year Siamese mix who is incredibly affectionate, playful and knows no stranger. He started out life in a home with other cats but over time has shown more and more aggression towards all his feline housemates especially the seniors. He gets along beautifully with dogs, both large and small and will happily spend his day on his persons lap or looking out the window from his cat tree. He is fully vaccinated, neutered, FIV/Leuk negative and his previous owner did have him front declawed. Looking to place Meeps into a home where he is the only feline in the household. I’m hoping I can find some help here. I have attempted to reach out to multiple rescues, shelters, and personal friends to no avail. Most shelters and rescues are at full capacity and most personal friends are unwilling to accept a cat with her amount of maintenance and needs.
At the beginning of the year I rescued a very sweet kitty who was surrendered at the veterinary clinic I work at to be euthanized. She was diagnosed with severe environmental allergies and took months for her to recover enough to be able to take her home. She will most likely be on lifetime Allergy medication (Apoquel) as well as prescription diet food (Hills Science diet Z/D).
Fast forward to today; Freya has been having some behavioral issues that I feel are currently beyond my control and I am at a loss as far as finding somewhere where she will be well taken care of. Freya begun spraying various items in our house, (it’s not uncontrollable urine, she has full control of her urine and it is within normal PH levels). We have found urine on our walls, fireplace, couches, kitchen counters. I currently have a newborn, and have found where she has begun spraying on baby toys, baby furniture (a changing pad, dresser), baby clothes and I have had to throw away and repurchase multiple of these baby items because of this. Although, I know this could all be due to the newest family member, I cannot feel comfortable with the risks her spraying and marking her territory is posing for my child. I truly feel it is because I am unable to give her the attention which she needs and deserves. Freya is currently the only cat in the household (with two dogs) and she has multiple litter boxes throughout the house (that she still uses on top of her spraying) as well as her own one room “safe place” in the basement away from the chaos that she has complete access to at all times.

We would like to introduce Peppa. Peppa is a 3 month old female Chiffin (Chihuahua/Brussels Griffin blend). She weighs in at a whopping 3 pounds and would like to find her forever home. We have been in foster care for nearly two years. We came in with our Siamese Momma almost two years ago and we were very wild back then. We aren't anymore, but we do want a home that is calm and doesn't have young children cuz we do get spooked sometime still. Our goal is to find a home before our 2 year rescue anniversary in July so please tell your family and friends about us!
