The Devil is cognizant of your frailties. It is essential that you do not allow him to prevail in your life by intervening. Even the slightest opening will be exploited by him, turning it into a dark and ominous void. Demonstrate to him who truly possesses power by entrusting God to fight your battles. Clearly convey to him who your protector, sword, shield, and knight are. If you relinquish control to the Devil, he will destroy everything. If you permit him, he will transform the inevitable into a reality, resulting in adverse effects. Always remember to whom you can turn for support and dependence in times of need. When you experience an abrupt awakening in the middle of the night and are unable to resume sleeping, recognize that God is attempting to communicate with you. It is imperative to engage in conversation with Him, as He is preparing you for something truly remarkable. Do not allow your ignorance to cause you to miss out on the blessings that await you, merely stating that you are unable to sleep without understanding why.

Hello IG Family,

I normally don’t post things that bring sadness and burden to ones heart, but this post has to happen. If you live in the DMV area I pretty sure that news been overwhelming with misleading information about the shooting that happened on Thursday in Suitland. This post is intended to bring awareness and JUSTICE for my cousin Melvin Jay. For those of you who are not aware of what happened he was shot and killed in his own residence by a Police Officer.

To make matters worse the news is not telling the story correctly and slandering his name and his brothers by calling them burglars and suspects in their own residence where in reality they are the VICTIMS. The officer who shot him needs to be held accountable and reliable for his actions.

Anytime that your are not safe in your own residence, there is a major problem with that. Your domicile is your safe space. That got taken away from both of them and unfortunately Melvin life got taken away as well. It make the situation even more difficult to handle when you know the affect and trauma it have caused the family knowing that he still should be here.

I ask you all for the prayers and support to receive JUSTICE for Melvin.

Police received an emergency call about 5:25 p.m. and an officer responded to the Windham Creek Apartments in the 5100 block of Suitland Road, police officials said.
