Walks with the occasional break for a nap in the sun? Meet Hoda! Hoda is a sweet, affectionate pup! She loves yard time with the volunteers, has lovely leash manners, enjoys exploring out on the trail and just hanging out and relaxing with staff too.

Hoda has lived with another dog before and has made a few dog friends here at the shelter. She loves trying her paw at the agility equipment here and has learned a few tricks from our volunteers as well!

Interested in meeting Hoda? We are open 11am-6pm and starting Saturday, November 22, Hoda's adoption fee will be waived!

Her name may mean "rain," but Lluvia brings nothing but sunshine and smiles! This happy girl’s tail never stops wagging, and she’s a pro at giving puppy kisses. Lluvia is also a quick learner who loves showing off her “sit” and “paw.”

Lluvia has made plenty of dog friends here at the shelter—she enjoys a laid-back playstyle and is just as content hanging out in the yard with her buddies as she is exploring on a sniffy walk.

Lluvia has lived with kids before, so bring the whole family to meet her! We’re open for adoptions from 11-6pm, come and meet her today!

🐶Pup-date! Indy spent a few nights in a foster home and had a wonderful time! They report that Indy was a lovely houseguest, had no accidents in the home and loved playing tug! Indy now would really like to find a home that would make his move out of the shelter a permanent one! Come meet Indy today!

Indy is on the lookout for a break from the shelter - a weekend foster, a foster-to-adopt or an adopter! Could the person he's looking for be you?

This big, goofy sweetheart could really use a little vacation from the kennels, and if you end up falling for him (which is very easy to do!), we’ll even waive his adoption fee.

Indy lives for belly rubs, a good game of fetch, and trail adventures where he shows off his great manners both on leash and in the car. With other dogs, Indy loves to play and play, and then play some more! He’d be over the moon to find a canine buddy who shares his zest for rough-and-tumble fun. Indy is also a total softie who adores praise, treats, and flopping dramatically at your feet for pets.

If you’ve got a playful pup in need of a friend or a free weekend with spare love to share, Indy can’t wait to meet you! Fill out our dog foster form at the link below or stop by the shelter and ask staff to meet him! We are open 11am-6pm!

Riley has come a long way in just a few short weeks. When a community member found him unable to stand, our Humane Law Enforcement Officers rushed to help. Once at the shelter, our veterinary team immediately began working to uncover what was wrong with this sweet boy.

Even when he couldn’t use his hind legs, Riley’s gentle spirit shone through, he’d lift his head to greet every team member who came by. After lab work and X-rays, our team determined that Riley is likely suffering from intervertebral disc disease (IVDD).

With medication and plenty of care, Riley has made incredible progress and can now walk again. He’s still a little wobbly, but that doesn’t stop him from enjoying short walks and soaking up the sunshine out in the yard with staff. Recently, Riley was treated to a much-needed grooming thanks to Katie's Divine K9s LLC, and we discovered that he loves a spa day and absolutely adored the extra attention!

When Riley first arrived, many people reached out asking about him, now, we need your help to find him the loving home he deserves. Because of his condition, Riley cannot go up and down stairs. He enjoys the company of other dogs but can’t run or roughhouse, so he needs a calm canine companion or to be your one-and-only. Riley will need on-going veterinary support to help manage his condition.

Riley’s story is one of resilience, and while we may not know how his path brought him here, he’s ready to write his next chapter with a family who will love him just as much as we do.

Interested in meeting Riley? We are open 11am-6pm for adoptions
