We have had many inquires lately if our phone is working! I can assure you it is, we have one phone line, and if we are on it there will be a busy signal.(IT IS NOT OUT OF SERVICE.) If we cannot answer the phone please leave a message we return all the messages within 24-48 hours (business day hours) unless for some reason we cannot hear the number clearly or if a number is not left.
There are only 3 of us between helping Dr. in surgery or with an appointment, discharging patients, doing tech appointments, plus answering phones.
Currently we are booking dog spays and neuters out (about 12 weeks out )into May , cat spays (about 8 weeks) into April . Unless we have cancellations. Usually cat neuters we booking out 2-3 weeks. We now require deposits on all surgical and Dr. appts. we have too many people not showing for appointments!!
All I can suggest is to keep trying. We get at least 20 or more messages daily that we usually have to answer after hours. You will NOT get a quicker response through our email , facebook or website. (Even if you message me through all those avenues and leave a message on our answering machine.) Our email is usually answered after hours or off site as well. Please do not leave us a message to return calls through those avenues .
