Important information for Shed Happens Grooming Salon all clients please read!

• holiday hours will be 8am- 6pm Monday through Friday. With an early drop off Available at 7am. I will be opening every other Saturday from 8am-1pm. Dates will be posted below! This starts November 1st. 🙂

•please book ahead for the upcoming holiday season. Spots are VERY limited. Please don’t wait till the last min and then I have to tell you I am full. I like to make everyone happy! Lol

•no call no show/last min cancellation policy
will be 100% enforced during the holiday season. No exceptions.

•Pets must be picked up within an hour of being ready unless otherwise stated at the time of making the appointment. Dogs that have to stay longer there is a 10$ daycare fee add on.

•pets must also be picked up by closing time.

Just a few things happening at the salon and some reminders! Currently my bather is sick. She cannot work until Monday so she can get rested and feeling better! So please bare with me on time it takes to get your pets done and time it takes for me to reply to appointment messages! And if you have messaged me and I haven’t responded by later that evening please just shoot me a message again. Because it’s a lot! Also I am still trying to hire someone if anyone knows anybody!

Some reminders are:
-pick ups and drop offs have to be scheduled at the time of making the appointment. I cannot do it last min unless I have someone else here. Pickups are 10$ and drop offs are 10$
-if you need to drop off early and can’t pick up until your lunch break or when you get off please let me know at the time of making the appointment. Pets who need to stay a whole day are absolutely fine! but I have to know in advance to block off a kennel. 🙂
-There will be a charge for unscheduled late pickups. I understand emergencies happen! But pets must be picked up within an hour of time letting you know they are ready. It’s 10$ for every hour late. My kennel space is very limited and This is also how I keep a minimum amount of pets in the shop for a calmer environment.
-if something is wrong or you are not satisfied with the groom or something that happened please tell me so I can make it right! Im not perfect and I do make mistakes but I always want to make sure my clients are 100% happy with their experience at Shed Happens Grooming Salon

I just want to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible here. And that it is enjoyable for you and your pet. I love for them to be happy to come see me! I appreciate every single one of you more than I can ever put into words. thank y’all so much for letting me be the one to take care of your pets! 🖤🐾🖤
