Cardinals become even more enchanting when surrounded by snow and I’m pretty sure they know it 😁

The Reveal 🔮
1. The rhythm of my breath directs the rhythm of my life 🌌
Breath is the sacred thread that runs through us all. Each and every one of us needs to breathe to be alive. In enhances our awareness, allows us to shape our perspective, and enlivens our presence moment to moment. Slow down and deepen your breath. If you listen closely, your breath has a rhythm. If you feel closely, your breath has a pattern. Your breath responds to mood, emotion, movement, and energy. The simple act of breathing can be incredibly healing when practiced mindfully. Your breath may change when you are tense or soft, resting or dancing, making love, or feeling angry. Breath is present through it all. A deeper and more rhythmic breath will bring more centered awareness into your entire being. As you cultivate a practice of healthy breathing, the world around you and within you will respond to this shift.
2. I love myself completely and unconditionally 🪷
Self-love is daily. As we step off the roller coaster ride of trying to be something or someone that doesn’t reflect our truth, we’re learning to love and approve of where we are in this moment. You are worthy of complete and unconditional love. Call back all of the love you owe to yourself; the only validation that matters is your own. No one can give this to you or take it from you, except you. As the beauty of the lotus emerges from the mud, know that you can choose to make any any challenge a stepping stone, guiding you to be the woman you are truly capable of becoming. Unlock this wisdom and welcome compassion. Take time to initiate your daily self-love rituals, and make them a natural part of your life. The remedy is within.
3. My inner compass knows the way 🧭
Our inner Compass is our intuition. When we pause to listen, we expand into its wisdom. As we strengthen our relationship to this gentle yet directive voice inside, it becomes brighter and clearer. The presence of your intuition is centered, honest

The Reveal 🔮
1. Polar Bear-Brotherhood
Polar bears are also known as Yellow Bears, White bears, and Northern Bears. While the Polar Bear is born white and may turn yellow as it matures, they actually have transparent fur and black skin. When the sun reflects off the transparent fur, it looks white. The people of the north revere the Polar Bear as a source of great spiritual power, physical endurance, and wisdom, and it is family and their kin, with many believing they are its direct descendants. To some, the Polar Bear is an ancestor, a brother considered superior to man. To others, it is an incarnated spirit, or the physical embodiment of a soul that has passed over. Legend tells of men shape-shifting into Polar Bears and vice versa. The Polar Bear is the “Spirit of the North” an animal of ancient knowledge and wisdom that guards the gates to the spirit world. It is a teacher, guide, and mentor of great authority.
If the Polar Bear has lumbered its way into your cards today, you’re being offered a deep and meaningful insight into the world of spirit. You’re about to go on a hands-on journey into the other realms, to experience the joys that are to be found there. Whether through your dreams, visions had during meditation, or via some other means, the Polar Bear is promising to open the portal that bridges our world with the dream time. The dream time was the time before time that witnessed the creation of the world, when animals could become man and man could become animal. It will bring you back to your own personal point of creation, when you first realized that the power to dream, decide, and formulate your future was yours. Polar Bear is offering you the chance to reassess your beliefs, your values, and your personal commitment to walk gently upon the earth by helping you to feel good and proud to live in your own skin once again. With Polar Bear watching over you, you will be part of the world, not apart from it. Polar Bear ignites the desire to
