-SHIPPING POLICY-

All livestock we ship is guaranteed to arrive alive. In the event of a DOA, credit toward replacement corals will be granted per the following conditions:
-Send a picture of the DOA in its original, unopened bag
-Contact u

s within 2 hours of delivery confirmation
Cost of shipping the replacement corals will be at the expense of the buyer. Every shipment is insured in the amount of its value through the third party shipping company. DOA as a result of third party shipping delays will be refunded or replaced at the conclusion of the insurance claim process, pending claim approval.
