Well, we had a little scare earlier this morning, Miss Kohler had a seizure in her cage, but she came out of it okay. Hoping that's not going to continue. She goes to the vet on Wednesday hopefully we can get answers and save her life...

What is Trap Neuter Return TNR?

Trap Neuter Return is a free roaming cat population method that controls breeding and vaccinates all cats for rabies. TNR does not dump cats into the wild.
Caretakers- meaning people who feed and provide shelter for them- are responsible for getting them neutered and providing continued food and shelter.

NNN provides loaner traps and the surgery/vaccines for this program..

NNN does not employ trappers but many volunteers are in communities where we provides services.

Relocation is not offered unless the caretaker provides a new place for the cats to live.

Is anyone looking for a kitten? I have 4 kittens that need homes. They are 10 weeks old. They are eating dry kitten food. I need to find them homes by November or they will end up at the spca as my son is allergic to them and i cant put them outside as the foxes around here will just kill them. Pm me for pictures. The Animal Rescue League, Subaru Love Pets, and Steve Moyer Subaru are pleased to partner together to provide 200 FREE microchips for cats and dogs in our community on Monday, Oct. 25! This project is possible through a generous grant from the ASPCA and in partnership with Steve Moyer Subaru.

The microchip clinic will take place at Steve Moyer Subaru in Leesport, located at 201 S Centre Ave, Leesport, PA 19533. This clinic will provide a limited amount of microchips and will be open by appointment only. You will need to pre-register each pet on a separate ticket to ensure your place. Once you do, you will be emailed a voucher that must be presented at the event.

Pets will be microchipped, receive a Subaru Loves Pets giveaway, and have the opportunity to have a pet name tag made for their collar for additional identification purposes.

Each year, approximately 10 million pets are lost in the United States, and millions of those end up in the nation’s animal shelters. Tragically, only 15 percent of dogs and 2 percent of cats in shelters without ID tags or microchips are reunited with their owners. It's time to change that!

Make sure to TNR both males and females! ✂️ ✂️ Altered cats live much healthier lives without the stresses of reproductive hormones. Per a friend in Gilbertsville:
Any one want or know someone that is looking for a kitten or cat. I have 3 cats and one kitten that need homes as i can not take care of due to car accident. There are 2 male cats that are brothers. One female cat. And the kitten is a female. Would love to keep them but it will be months before i can care for them again.
