Appointment Requirements and Policies:
*I require 36hours notice to cancel, reschedule or change of your service. Failure to give proper notice will result in a flat rate hourly fee of $150 hour for all appointments.
*A “No-Call/No-Show” of your appointment will result in a Booking Fee of 50% of the missed scheduled service to paid within 72hours.
*A one-time allowance of a last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted. After that, the cancellation and No-Show policy is in effect regardless. You will lose rebooking privileges if you have 3 or more reschedules, cancellations or last minute modifications.
*With new salon hours, I understand it can be difficult to schedule your reserved hair appointment. Requests for a reserved appointment outside the scope of my business hours must be accompanied by a $150 Non-Refundable Booking Fee. The request needs to be made 48 hours in advance of the desired appointment so that I can make adjustments to my personal schedule if necessary. No-Shows or arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice will forfeit the entire Booking Fee.
*Reserved Appointments can only be booked 3 months ahead or if your hair appointments are spaced out in 6 week intervals, 4 months ahead.
*As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 24-72 hours ahead of your reserved time. This policy is to protect valuable time that has been set aside specifically for you.
*If you or someone in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your reservation for a later date. For your safety and mine, and to my other clients, please do not come to your reserved appointment sick. If I become ill, it potentially causes a ripple effect of needing to reschedule multiple reserved appointments for multiple days. Trust me, I will work diligently to reschedule you within an acceptable timeframe for the reservation you cancelled due to your illness.
*I am an Artist and you’re paying for Artist Time, professionalism, product and a guarantee. No refunds will be given on services for any reason. If you are unhappy with your service, contact me within 48 hours of the completed service to discuss your concerns. I will, in good faith, do everything possible to resolve the matter and make it right. After 48 hours there are too many variables that I cannot control, however I will happily schedule a 1 week touchup, at my regular fees.
