Outdoor lights for the round pen are up. Now we just need to do the arena and these early dark nights won't be a problem anymore!

A lot has been going on and I've failed to keep the page updated as of lately.
We welcomed a puppy to the family back in April and she's turning 6 months old in August! Named her 🌼Daisy🌼, and are hoping she can join us for trail rides in the future 🍂🌳🍁🌲🍂We welcomed another horse to the herd as well named Freckles, who is a sweet, older, laid back girl 🐴 she brings wisdom and sanity to the herd 😂
We have had a lot of storms 🌪️⚡ that caused tree damage but we thank our Lord Jesus it's all been manageable and missed our fence posts!
All the animals are thriving. We love the rain we have been getting as it's keeping our pastures healthy 🌱🌿
We are blessed and hope our followers are as well!

These horses are so sweet. They leave the lime area with the hay troughs and p**p right outside of it. Made for an easy dragging session tonight!

❄️🎄❄️🎄❄️Hey guys! Exciting announcement ahead but first, a quick question... Do you plan on grocery shopping before Thanksgiving, and/or possibly even during the chaos that is known as Black Friday?
Well, there is a Food Drive being hosted at 🐴Odie's Barn 🐴on the Saturday following Thanksgiving (November 26th)!! If you can find it in your heart to spend a few extra bucks on some canned/boxed goods and/or toiletries, we would love for you to join us in ❄️CELEBRATING❄️ the true meaning of Christmas and the spirit of giving.

We will have several fun things going on such as:
🍲🌭 Chili & Hot dogs
🎅🏼🦌 Face painting and crafts
☕🥃 Beverage shack for hot coffee, coco and cider
🚜 Hay Ride
🎄🌟 Multi Media Christmas Presentation (at 8pm)

All we ask is to please bring at least 10 donate-able items/person as admission to the event (+ bring your own lawn chairs and blankets). We are donating to Western Egyptian in Sparta IL who do amazing work.

Event location is at: 9210 Schneider Rd Lenzburg, IL 62255. There is a Casey's and Dollar General down the street if you need donation items.
If you want to donate but can't make it to the fun, there will be donation drop off ONLY happening 12-4pm that day. The celebration and events start at 4pm and last until....??

This is your chance to do something sooooo simple and easy for those who are really struggling (especially with inflation and now Christmas around the corner)! Please, come do your part and in return, join us for an evening of fun, food, and CELEBRATION! ❄️❄️

Rick did it again!! It may not look like much but he moved our fence line 16ft backwards to include a long line of tree shade so the horses have somewhere to relax with a breeze from morning till evening! Whether the horses are smart enough to use that shade is another story (😅) but at least it's there!

It's taken me a while to post this very sad news, but our followers deserve to know Odie is no longer with us. He passed away a month ago due to complications with recovery from an accident he had almost 2 years ago. He was an amazing horse with so much personality. He inspired our family to move to Illinois and build what we have going now, and to provide the same environment we dreamed about for other horses and owners. Thank you for the support we have received the last month. He is dearly missed and will absolutely never be forgotten. We loved him very much as he was the miracle horse I prayed for as a child.
