Good morning!

Amber and Tianna have a couple more appointments available in January and February. We’ll post a list of availability and try to update when/if they are filled!

Amber:
Jan 23rd at 3pm for a small dog groom or short coated bath
Feb 6th at 2:30pm for a small dog groom or short coated bath
Feb 18th at 10am or anytime from 12-3pm for small dog grooms or short coated baths
Feb 20th at 2 or 3pm for small dog grooms or short coated baths
Feb 21st at 2 or 3pm for small dog grooms or short coated baths

Tianna:
Jan 23rd at 3pm for a small dog groom or short coated bath
Feb 3rd at 2:30pm for a small or medium dog groom or short coated bath
Feb 5th at 11am or 1pm for small dog grooms or short coated baths
Feb 7th anytime from 10am-2pm for small or medium dog grooms or baths
Feb 21st at 10am or 11am for small or medium dog grooms or short coated bath

Hey everyone!

Amber and Tianna have made the decision to open their schedules to new clients!

We are currently only accepting new grooming (haircut) dogs 25lbs and under (think Shih Tzu, Shihpoo, Pomeranian, bichon, etc.) or bath dogs 60lbs and under (think lab, doberman, pit, pug, beagle, etc.). All of our services include a bath, brush, nail trim (and file if dogs allow it), and ear cleaning.

We won’t be turning on online booking at this time, so if you want to book something or know someone who wants to book something please give us a call at 260-515-3911, or send us a message!

Good evening. We would like to inform our valued clients that our groomers will be temporarily unavailable from tomorrow afternoon until December 30th, and again on December 31st and January 1st, as our staff will be taking a brief holiday break to spend time with their loved ones. We will respond to all voicemails, messages, and texts upon our return from the break. We extend our warmest wishes to everyone for a joyous holiday season.

We noticed yesterday that our phone was down and not receiving any calls or allowing anyone to leave voicemails. We went in yesterday and fixed the issue. We aren’t sure how long the phone was down for. We apologize if you have tried to reach us and were unable to due to that reason. Thank you for your patience!

We have been severely slacking on photos this past month or so but the girls have been very busy. Amber will try to get as many pictures as possible for the holiday season, but it will be difficult as she is by herself until mid December so please be patient with her!

Good afternoon. Due to Tianna's maternity leave, Amber's client load will increase. To ensure uninterrupted service, please arrive on time or up to 10 minutes early for appointments. Late arrivals exceeding five minutes will require rescheduling and incur a fee equal to the grooming cost. Prompt pickup of dogs upon completion is also required, with owners receiving a 15-20 minute prior text notification. Failure to collect dogs after notification will incur a $5 per minute fee. Your cooperation is essential during November and December. Additionally, please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a fee equal to the grooming cost. Thank you for your understanding and ongoing business support.

We’re sending out a new client form via text and email. It’s labeled “November and December Appointment & Client Form”

This form is REQUIRED to be filled out at least 48 hours before your November or December appointment. Failure to fill out the form 48 hours prior to your appointment in Nov/Dec may result in cancellation of your appointment.

Good morning!

We’ve had a few clients thinking we do something called a “dry bath”- we do bathe every single dog that comes into our salon with water and shampoo. Sometimes if dogs are going longer than 6 weeks between grooming appointments their skin can get smelly and those smells can be very hard to get out even with multiple baths. This is a reason we do suggest every client to be on a 4-8 week schedule.

We just wanted to address this issue since it’s been asked by a few clients this past week.

In the new year Dirty Pawz hours are going to go through a bit of a change. The latest appointments we will have available for small dogs will be 3pm, the latest appointments for medium dogs will be 2:30pm, and the latest appointments for large dogs will be 2pm. If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to reach out to your groomers!
