Darcy wanted to help spread the word…our schedule is getting pretty tight these days, so scheduling a least a month or so ahead (or at your current appointment for the next visit) is strongly advised. We have a few appointments left in September, and are currently booking into October (and beyond). For best choice of days/times, early booking is best!

❤️Gratitude❤️

I just want to take a minute to express my gratitude to each and every one of my amazing clients. When Rebecca joined the Shampooch team, I made the decision to stop working Saturdays. I have worked almost every Saturday since I started grooming dogs in my garage nearly 6 years ago.

I have been met with nothing but support from everyone. And for that, I am so grateful.

Today was my first “official” Saturday off…and I was able to watch my daughter Kyleigh make her first high school lacrosse goal. I am so grateful. Thank you all for your continued support❤️❤️❤️

Update: Thank you all for your quick help, but unfortunately, the dryer was toast😫 But good luck prevailed and I as able to quickly buy a “new to me” dryer and have it delivered today!! Yay!!

Hey friends! We’re in need of some help😬 With the business growing, so is our laundry. And our dryer is not pleased!

Does anyone know someone knowledgable that could take a look at it? It dries, but there is a very concerning burning smell emanating from inside😫

Or maybe you know someone selling an old dryer? Please let me know, schlepping towels home to dry is not ideal😆 Thanks!

We love our job!!! Yesterday we were honored to donate a groom to this beautiful girl! It was our second time working with a foster from Zoe’s House, a local dog rescue doing amazing work to take care of dogs in need.

Meet Honey❤️ She was rescued from a puppy mill, where she spent over 5 years of her life as a mill mama. We spent a few hours bathing, brushing, and enjoying this absolute sweetheart of a girl! She will be up for adoption in mid-February, after she is spayed.

She was a joy, and bravely powered through her first professional groom like a champ! She loves people (which baffles me after all she’s been through) and got along great with the other dogs that were there! If you’re interested in adopting her, please let me know!

Dear friends...I am SO excited to share the news that Shampooch is growing! Beginning January 2024, Shampooch will be able to accommodate referrals from you, as well as new clients from our wait list, as my wonderful friend Rebecca will be joining me here as a new groomer!🐾

Rebecca and I met years ago through our mutual love of horses. She has attended the same intensive grooming school I graduated from, and is just as passionate about dog grooming as I am!

I can't wait for you to meet her, and join in the excitement of a small business growing! Oh, and Rebecca is Duke approved☺️

*****Update! He’s home resting. And very lucky his injuries weren’t worse. We’re not sure if his eye will be okay, he has a follow up with his vet on Thursday. Thank you all for your kind words and prayers! He’s one lucky boy!!!

Please say some prayers for Duke, he was hit by a car this morning. He is stable and walking, but has a head/eye injury. If I don’t reply to messages today, I apologize.

**My daughters were not home and do not know yet - please help me keep it that way until they get home from school. Thank you**
