Yesterday I was able to rescue this mustang. He is underweight and will need to put some healthy weight back on him. And work on earning his trust by bonding with him.

Definitely worth the 10 hour drive when I saw him. Time for recovery🤍

Me and this horse have grown so much together. She’s my home. And to her I’m hers. And that is how we will stay.
I couldn’t be more blessed to have it this way. we have come long ways. It wasn’t easy. But dreams don’t come easy. And I couldn’t be having a better birthday❤️

Me and magnum have grown so much.as a team. I have introduced her to balloons popping. Pool noodles and plastic bags waving. I tried a big tarp. And she wasn’t even nervous at all of the tarp. We still have a ways to go yet. But I wanted to share her improvements. She definitely has made a big step.from reacting and not trusting me at all. To this last week of her finally catching on.Desensitizing is so important for both handler and horse❤️🍁
