Introducing Miss Whitley!
At only 3 years old, this gorgeous young lady has lots of play and cuddles to give. She came to us this summer with 7 tiny kittens, but her momma days are officially over and she is ready to be the Cuddle Queen with her special humans.
She tolerates other cats, and will get along with dogs if introduced slowly. However, humans are her favorite and she absolutely adores attention. She has a tiny little meow, and a huge personality! She loves to play with wand toys and crinkle balls, but she is the master at snuggling up for a good book, Netflix or some telework.
Whitley is available to meet every weekend from 11-3pm at the SMAWL Cat Castle Rescue Center.
It is absolutely FREE to come meet all our friendly felines, and you can hang out with them as long as you like. Hot cocoa or coffee is also available to take the edge off the cold!
Visit www.smawl.org to submit an adoption application or to see all the cats we have available.

SMAWL is dedicated to the rescue, care, and placement of abused, neglected, and homeless companion animals in St. Mary’s county and the surrounding areas. SMAWL’s low cost vaccination clinic is held at the County fairgrounds on the second Monday March through November. Assistance with spay/neuter costs is available through grants. Currently, the organization relies upon volunteer foster families to shelter adoptable animals in addition to housing adoptable cats in our Cat Castle located in Callaway Village Shopping Center.
