Amenities: Barn stalls are each 12’ x 12’ with a padded/matted floor and a 12’ x 24’ paddock with awning, an automatic waterer, and a mounted feeder. Field board includes a solid divided barn run-in stall per horse in a community lot (individual feeding is included). Rubber non-slip hot/cold wash rack with cross ties and electricity for clippers. Tack room with individual lockers provided, along

with saddle racks. Large riding arena, jumps, trail riding, large round pen. Six pastures allow for excellent rotation, all in vinyl-belted horse-safe fencing. All pastures are planted and maintained for the best nutritional value. Supplemental grass hay is included all year around, with alfalfa also provided in winter.
