A Moment In Time (AMIT) is a 65-acre equestrian farm in Southern Maryland offering boarding, training, and lessons. AMIT has a large, active community of horses and riders: approximately 45 school horses, 20 boarders, a dozen instructors, and 140 clients. We strive to make horseback riding safe and enjoyable. We are also a certified Maryland Horse Discovery Center. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or comments!

Dressing up for Halloween is permitted for lesson this week! Please ensure you are still wearing a helmet, long pants and riding boots. The costume cannot hinder your ability to ride! Please reach out to your instructor if you are unsure!

Dear AMIT Family,

We are excited to announce the upcoming implementation of two new systems. The first system will enable electronic payments through a new invoicing system. Additionally, we will be introducing a scheduling system that will streamline lesson cancellations, makeup scheduling, and provide instructor feedback to riders following their lessons.

Please keep an eye out for further instructions via email from the farm. As always, please reach out with any questions or concerns.

Any AMIT riders and families interested in attending the WIHS Barn Night on October 24th, please sign up by Sunday! Sign up form is posted in the barn isle.

For anyone interested in helping/being in our Barn Night video we will be filming it tomorrow afternoon at 5pm. Please dress in riding clothes.

Green and Gold Show Time Table 9/1

The Show begins at 9:00 AM sharp with Class 1 - Adult Division.
- First schooling break at 1045 (for approximately 30 minutes)
- Class 12 Pleasure Division will begin no earlier than 1100
- Second schooling break at 1230 (for approximately 30 minutes)
- Class 22 Evergreen Division will begin no earlier than 1245
- Goal is to finish by 3:00 PM
