Bee at the vet for her regular puppy check and vaccine booster. 🖤
In all the business, I forgot to tell you guys that Bee 🐝 was stung by a fellow bee 🐝 on the day of my son’s wedding. (She had a puppy sitter, so she was well taken care of 🥰) Honestly, at that point we were like, “Seriously? What else is life gonna throw at us?”🤣
We had such a crazy few days leading up to his wedding.
How random is that though? Her eye swelled a little, but she was totally fine. The bee just wanted to play with Bee 🐝 ! 💛🖤

This girl is acting spunky! 😅 She is definitely feeling better. I’m so grateful she’s doing so well. It’s been great to spend so much time with her after thinking I may have lost her. ❤️

Ruthie is HOME! ❤️ Getting lots of belly rubs. We are so happy to hug her once again. We didn’t know if we’d see her again when we dropped her off for surgery Thursday.
Her incision is 12 inches long. The tumor was the size of a football and 4 lb. It was very fast growing. Thankfully it only touched the liver and they didn’t have to take anything off the liver, except where it was attached.
She’s been doing great! Just lots of rest for now. We have to wait two weeks for the pathology report.
Thank you again for all the sweet messages and comments. We could feel the love! ❤️ It was a very busy few days, but we came out on the other side with so many blessings and positive results. So grateful!🥰

Just got an update from our vet and wanted to let you all know! Ruthie is doing well today and is excited to come home tomorrow! ❤️ I can’t wait to kiss that face!!

Ruthie is in recovery and doing well. We hope to pick her up Saturday. ❤️

Ruthie update:
She is still in surgery, but we have an update. When they did the ultrasound and bloodwork they said it looked like cancer that started in the spleen and moved to the intestines and bladder. She was surprised the bladder didn’t explode yet. So, that’s why we went into emergency surgery. They said if they get in there and it’s metastasized, they would have to put her down right then. I’m not able to be there, so this is breaking my heart. 💔
Once they opened her up, they could see it was one mass attached to the liver, so they could get it all. And, the other organs weren’t affected. She will have a long recovery, but praying she can come home after a couple days of recovery at the vet. And, that will give us time to have my son’s wedding tomorrow as well. ❤️
C’mon, Ruthie! I need you back home, sweet girl!
Keep the prayers going! We need to bring her home! We appreciate you all so much! You’ve all been such an encouragement to me. I’ve been reading your messages. xo ❤️

Please send Ruthie all your good thoughts and prayers!🙏🏼 She goes to the vet tomorrow.🤍 (on rehearsal day, but we needed to squeeze it in.) She hasn’t been feeling well. She’s not eating all of her food and we recently felt a hard mass in her belly.😪 I’ve been a wreck all week! On top of that, it’s our 25th anniversary today, my oldest son’s bachelor party, wedding in 2 days and my youngest son moves to his apartment this weekend. Crazy how everything hits at once sometimes. One day at a time. I just want my baby girl better. We’ve got this!👊🏼
