Elite Pet Salon is seeking a part/full time groomer. We are a full service grooming salon. Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year full time grooming experience or 2 year part time grooming experience. Position requires lifting 50+ lbs. and the ability to groom/bathe large dogs. Working at least 2 Saturday's a month will be required with this position. Applicant needs to be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently and with others. New hire would have instant, established clientele. This is a W2 commission/hourly based job. Elite Pet Salon is looking for a full/part time bather and dryer with a minimum of 6 months experience. Must be able to hand bath and dry all sizes of dogs. De-shedding, brushing and nail trimming experience is a plus. Approximately 35-40hrs. a week. No benefits offered. Some Saturdays required. Possible for position to turn into a grooming position with training after 1 year. Position requires working very closely with groomer, therefore must work well with others. $10 hourly.
