Update on the groomer situation:
She is continuing to reach out to clients with a sorry excuse for an apology, I’m assuming for putting my clients in such a situation, and backtracking as though she hasn’t stolen client information from my database. I’m not sure how you could coax someone else’s clients to leave where they are comfortable, with contact information you were not given permission to have, and offer a discount on grooms and call that not STEALING. I will continue to collect screenshots and information. I just want to say that my heart is so full because you guys have been so loyal and so kind through this insane situation. I am so grateful for you all! Y’all have always been the real MVP’s! 🥰🥰🥰

To all of my beloved clients;
It has been brought to my attention that after having to part ways with a groomer working in my salon, she and another staff member have breached my client database and stolen client information and are now contacting certain clientele. I do not know what they have been saying but it is clear that their intentions are ill. I am so sorry that this is happening, as it is completely unprofessional and childish. I regret ever hiring these individuals and giving them an opportunity to prosper in my business that I have worked so hard to build from scratch for 5 plus years.
I feel like it is my duty to personally reach out and let every client of the Mutt Cutts family know that they are valued in my salon and I would love to keep them as a family member.

We are raising prices of services starting February 2025. With the increase in price of supplies, products, rent, and well, everything, it is something we have to do to keep the business profitable for our groomers and staff members.
I’ve tried to hold off as long as possible with this increase, and after two years, it’s something that I can’t avoid unfortunately. As always, we love all of our loyal clients and apologize for any inconvenience. Feel free to contact the salon with any questions. Thank you! 🐶
