Bourbon Queen is a 2012 Thoroughbred mare standing 16hh. She has been a broodmare the last several years and was purchased by her owner last year with the intention of doing RRP but ended up on the back burner due to changes in her life. She is going to vet school and needs to downsize. Bourbon is sound, barefoot, requires no maintenance, and is an easy keeper. She loads, crossties, and enjoys attention. She is not in a training program but was hauled in to my facility on October 4 for photos and was ridden WTC by an amateur for the first time in 7 years with another horse in the arena, one schooling in the grass just outside the arena, and went on a loose rein without putting a foot wrong. We popped her over a small crossrail and she was very willing to try everything we put in front of her. She will need to be conditioned, brought along, and finished but her easy demeanor, comfortable gaits, and quiet way of going suggest she will be a very amateur/junior friendly restart. Her owner is riding her at home in a grass paddock until she sells. Bourbon is more a kick ride and could likely go in any direction. She is an affordable project for someone looking for safe and quality on a budget. She is still breeding sound - she just never produced a successful TB racehorse but might be a nice broodmare for sporthorses. Papers in hand.
Bizzy is a 4 year old TB mare. Stands 16hh but has a big deep chest and huge shoulder which makes her trot and canter big and powerful. She is brave, scopey, and loves to jump. She has schooled 2’9, has rated 2’6ft show miles, and has green flying changes. Bizzy is the perfect mix of whoa and go and has been a very good student. Show off the trailer with no prep. Loads, ties, stands, and hacks out alone or in company. Goes in a snaffle at home and at shows. She has been restarted in a professional program and could be finished by an amateur or junior in a program. At the moment she is currently taking time off for her left hock to fuse, once it fuses it should not cause any problems. I’ve had several horses fuse and then he rock solid - it’s just a matter of waiting for it to finish. Due to this, she is being offered for less until we bring her back to work in the spring. Great opportunity to get a nice mare with a good foundation for less! Papers in hand.

Luna is a flashy 2021 Welsh mare standing just above 12.2 (we expect her to finish closer to 12.3/13hh) with good bone, a stocky build, and lovely eye. Registered WPCSA she is by Nebo Joules out of Parvadean Romance. She is barefoot with rock solid feet, sound with no known medical concerns, and is one of the easiest keepers. She is owned by her breeder and has been professionally started under saddle as of this summer. Luna is a kick ride and is brave and unflappable. She has been ponied on trails, schooled off-site, and has shown in hand and under saddle at a Welsh breed show. Luna has been started over small fences and jumps little courses gamely. She is forgiving and willing, making her the perfect mount for a young junior rider looking to bring along a nice pony prospect. She has been ridden by young kids and beginner riders and has not put a foot wrong. Luna trailers, ties, and stands with good manners - especially for her young age. We could see her tackling Pony Finals in a few years with the right program or being a successful eventer or just a safe pony club mount. This little mare could go in many directions and we would love to see her come her kid and flourish!
Chili is a flashy, typey young prospect. She is a 2021 16hh Thoroughbred mare and is approved Rhinelander for breeding. She is built for sport with a great hip and shoulder, good bone, and lovely way of going. She is still growing and should finish around 16.1/16.2 with some width. Chili is a beautiful, balanced mover and has good scope and quality in the jump chute. While I think she would make a lovely hunter - she could go in any direction. Chili has good ground manners and comes from a great background with exposure to many things. She has schooled off-site at venues like the Kentucky Horse Park and Spy Coast Farm, trail ridden in company at home and at Hisle Park, and attended the Hanoverian/Rhinelander Inspection this year where she completed the mare performance test. The judges were very complimentary of her quality, willingness, and rideability - noting that she was an exceptionally kind and smart young horse. She is soft as butter in the bridle and responsive to the leg but not hot or strong. Chili has a brain that can’t be beat and loves to work. Her half brother out of the dam was also a racehorse flunkie and is successfully eventing at Training level. The sky is the limit for this mare! Papers in hand.
Fia is a beautiful 2022 16.2hh unraced TB mare. She is still very growthy and should finish around 17hh with thick bone. With a build reminiscent of the old fashioned Darley lines, she is elegant, correct, and powerful. However, she had no interest in racing and was only on the track in training a quality facility for a few months. Fia has been properly let down, turned out, and handled in a professional program. She has presented in hand and in the jump chute at the Young Horse Show series with great success. She is very easy to work with, loves to be in your pocket, lives for attention/peppermints, and is smart and lady like. She has been transitioned to barefoot but might require shoes for mid/upper level work down the line. Fia has 3 flashy uphill gaits with good hind leg and is confident and scopey in the jump chute. She is THE prospect for anyone looking for a serious Thoroughbred sporthorse. Papers in hand so could also be a lovely candidate to cross with a pony or Warmblood stallion down the line. Her pedigree lends itself to many 2*/3* eventers and 1.35m jumpers.

Daisy is a 10 year old registered APHA mare standing 15.2hh. She is about as exposed and simple as it gets. No spook or naughty behavior, no vices, never puts a foot wrong. She crossties, loads/travels/ties to the trailer all day, and is easy to handle. Daisy is the definition of a saint - she is the kid safe, dog safe, amateur/junior deluxe everyone is looking for. She is simple to ride and quiet on the flat and over fences. Her canter is rhythmic with good step and she is light and soft in the mouth. Daisy has shown in the .85/.90cm jumpers and the Low Children’s at rated shows, schooled XC, trail ridden, and hunted for many seasons with Camargo all with a junior rider. While not formally taught the flying changes, she frequently does them on her own. Daisy is smart, kind, and willing. She would be the perfect match for someone looking for a smaller mount for the hunters or jumpers or a kid coming off a pony. She would also be a great option for someone looking to hunt and then show in the off-season. Daisy is offered for L or S to the perfect home. She is very special and we want to see her in the incredible situation she deserves. Papers in hand.
Paxton is 2022 Trakehner gelding by a son of Abdullah. Expected to finish 16hh+. The sire is a young stallion showing in the 3ft hunters with an amateur. He has been through the chute and easily shows scope for the 1.20m +. His hind end is correct and quick and he has a big step and good stride. He has three lovely gaits with good suspension and balance. As a yearling, he was shown in hand where he qualified and placed 3rd in the Yearling class at USDF Breeders Championships in 2023. Paxton has been consistently handled from the time he was weaned and has been exposed to many things. Barefoot with incredible feet and no medical history of note, Paxton is sweet, well handled, and has been brought along kindly. He crossties, leads, and is easy to catch. Currently, Paxton is lunging politely and off voice cues, has worn a saddle and bridle, and has been mounted. He showed at the Young Horse Show in October of 2024 in the jump chute and in hand/free movement where he was mannerly and showed off the trailer easily. He will be started later in 2024/early 2025 and will continue to be developed. We have a full set of clean rads from early 2024. Papers in hand.
