We are thrilled to announce a monumental milestone here at The Bugg Plug! On July 4th, we celebrated the hatching of two exceptional crested geckos from a groundbreaking pairing: Genetic Hypo x Lily White.

The results are nothing short of spectacular. We have a dazzling Genetic Hypo Lily White and an immaculate Lily White, both showcasing unparalleled quality. These hatchlings represent the pinnacle of our breeding efforts, combining rare genetics with stunning visual appeal.

The Genetic Hypo Lily White is truly a sight to behold, blending the unique translucent and reduced patterning of the Genetic Hypo morph with the striking contrast and elegance of the Lily White. Its sibling, the Lily White, stands out with its classic, pristine coloration and superior quality.

We are thrilled to showcase one of our stunning Ivory Blue Tongue Skink! Just look at that beautiful coloration and those captivating eyes. This Ivory Blue Tongue Skink is truly a marvel of nature. 🦎✨

Based on our observations, we suspect this beauty to be a female. She's a perfect example of the unique and rare Ivory morph, with her pristine, creamy scales and gentle demeanor.

Happy summer everyone! There will be NO SHIPPING and LIMITED PICKUP the first week of July. With the 4th on a Thursday, it's going to make shipping unsafe for live animals (and some of us will be out of town). We'll be shipping orders JUNE 25th and not again until JULY 8th, so make sure you're stocked up!

Speaking of safe summer shipping ~ Check your temps! If it's going to be HOT, have your order held for pickup at your nearest FedEx HUB for FREE (HAL). You can add HAL to your order as an item, leave a note at checkout, or shoot us an email before your order ships.

Remember-- ORDERS SHIP TUESDAY, so be sure you get your order in by Monday this week-- Don't run out of feeders over the holiday week!

The Kentucky Reptile Expo

We know we have customers across the country, but if you're in our neck of the woods, KRE is definitely worth the trip! There's always tons of great vendors, including yours truly! You can also pre-order on our website for free pickup at KRE or any of the expos we're at. We have a full list on our website 📅

Our inventory can change pretty dramatically during a show, so be sure to place your orders early. We also usually try and come home with cool stuff too, so keep an eye on our website for new items after shows!

New Breeder's Choice Crested Geckos!

We are now offering mystery geckos by morph! Breeder's Choice geckos are available in a wide variety of patterns. You choose your morph, we choose your gecko. We know it can be tough to choose, so we make it easy!

Want to pick a specific gecko? We have been working on taking photos and have LOTS of individual cresteds listed also! Don't forget-- we offer starter kits that come with everything you need to get started with your new pet!

🕸️ When you place an order online, those items are taken out of our (limited) stock, meaning no one else can purchase them. When you change your mind and ask for your order to be cancelled days later, it means you took someone else's ability to make that purchase this week and it's a real crumby thing to do to us and them. Please don't do that.
