HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Plan ahead this holiday season! With both Christmas AND New Year's falling smack-dab in the middle of the week (and during one of the coldest times of the year) We don't plan to ship much (other than dry goods) the last couple weeks of the year. That means DECEMBER 10th and 17th are our LAST regular shipping days until JANUARY 7th!

Local (Lexington) pickup is still available, and you can catch us at the LAST EXPO of the year THIS SATURDAY at KRE!

Get your stuff-SAFELY! This time of year it's important to plan your LIVE ANIMAL shipments! We're happy to work with you. Here's the benefits of both options:

OVERNIGHT:
Shipments are given top priority and are usually delivered earlier in the day (meaning they're first on the delivery route, minimalizing time on the back of a truck). We currently only have 40hr heat packs, which will not last a full 2 days. Often 2Day shipments are not delivered until late afternoon/evening. You can purchase an upgrade on the website, or email us for an invoice.
HAL:
Skip the delivery trucks all together and have your package held for pickup at your nearest FedEx HUB (not a print center, Walgreen's, etc..). Your package goes right off the plane to a climate controlled room for safe keeping until you pick it up. This is a great option if you're worried about being home for delivery, too. Make sure the name on the order is the person who's picking it up, as you are required to show a photo ID (also a great option if you're worried about porch pirates). Your package is usually ready for pickup early, too! You can add HAL at no additional fee to overnight or 2 day shipments!

If your package is running late, it SUPER IMPORTANT you contact us right away!

New hides, who dis? We're re-designing our hides to be better than ever! We have our unique mushroom hides re-launching soon with a whole line of NEW COLORS! While you're waiting, we have the original hand painted ones on CLEARANCE. There's absolutely nothing wrong with the old design, and this is your chance to get an OG one before they're gone. We're working to re-vamp our current designs and add more variety, so stay tuned!

As temperatures drop, it’s important to take extra precautions when ordering live animals! Here’s how to ensure your package arrives safely:

❄️ Check Your Weather: Keep an eye on your local temperatures and forecast.
📦 Upgrade to Overnight Shipping: Heat packs only last about 1.5 days, so overnight delivery is the safest option.
🏠 Hold for Pickup: Avoid exposure to extreme cold by having your package held at your local carrier facility for pickup.
