As many of you may know, our good friend Averi Johnson from Ginger Ridge Rabbitry is sadly getting out of rabbits for a while. We miss you but we are so excited to see what is next for you! I hope that you make your way back into showing someday and I'll be right there to help you start back up.
That being said, we have Hero's Damiela and GRR's & Hero's Loki back. Later I will post about both of these rabbits stories that made them even more special to not only Dad and I but also to Averi and her family.

Happy Hill's General 12-17-22

This buck isn't used to posing, but he's always ready to breed! He got one leg as a junior before retiring from the show tables. He is the sire and grand sire of rabbits that have placed at nationals and convention and multiple grand champions. We have more than enough out of him that we can let him move on to help someone else's herd. He usually stays a few ounces over 4 #.
In Kentucky but he can ride to Canton Ohio or the ISRBA show in two weeks. Will add pics of offspring in the comments. Take a chance and see what Rhonda's line can do for your herd. You will be impressed.

Introducing Hero's Johnny Sorrow
Hero's Penguin x Hero's Blue Moon

This handsome junior buck won his class at a couple shows last month and continued his streak yesterday and was able to win best of variety earning his first leg. The judge even said this would be the one he would take home and that he is going to be hard to beat! He was beaten the other two shows by Hero's Rocket who is Johnnys half brother. It will be exciting to watch them battle each other over the next year!

This cute girl is the first fox we have ever created! Although she has enough ear control to put them in any direction she wants, she has plenty of things we love about her. It is a shame that we cannot show her yet due to foxes not being recognized but she is to pretty to not breed, We are trying to decide which buck to breed her to, which buck do you think we should pair her with?

We got this doe a little while back and she is currently with a litter of five. We were excited to add a quality otter doe to breed with Happy Hills Sharkboy. You will see their litter soon. Credit to Addy and Rachel for the pics as I haven't gotten around to taking pics of her since she got here. Not only does she look great she feels amazing too, body and the coat.

Introducing Happy Hills Sharkboy
We are late getting around to introducing him as we got him from Rhonda at nationals this year along with Lava Girl. Can't thank her enough for getting this otter project started. His first litter has just started to hit the show tables and there are more just out of the nest box. We learned in the latest litter that he does carry chocolate also!
You will see some of his offspring soon.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! I hope yall all get to spend it with the people you love.

Thank you Cindi for all of your support and always being one phone call away. You have given us a lot of the pieces that make up our herd today. You helped us never give up.

Thank you Rhonda for helping us start our otter project and always being a person we can turn to no matter what.

Thank you Nick for your help while we were starting out. You are always someone we look forward to seeing and catching up with.

Thank you Pat and Val Cammack for all of your help and thank you for always letting me hang out with yall.

Thank you to the bolings (Shelbie, Carlie, Julie and Kevin). You are always a huge help with everything and are always there for us.

Thank you Addy, Alexis and Averi for always supporting me and being there for the good and bad. You guys have been so much help and I am so thankful.

Last but definitely not least Thank you dad for all of your support. Without you I wouldnt even have one rabbit let alone a whole rabbitry with rabbits that place on the national scale. I love you so much and I have no idea what I would do without you. Thank you for not only letting me go on this crazy, wild, stressful, exciting and quite frankly amazing journey with the rabbits but also joining me and embracing it.

Im so sorry if I missed any of our friends, just know we are thankful for everything! We love you all and hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving!! We would not be here without yall. I hope to see yall at Nationals!!
