Introducing Hero's Johnny Sorrow
Hero's Penguin x Hero's Blue Moon

This handsome junior buck won his class at a couple shows last month and continued his streak yesterday and was able to win best of variety earning his first leg. The judge even said this would be the one he would take home and that he is going to be hard to beat! He was beaten the other two shows by Hero's Rocket who is Johnnys half brother. It will be exciting to watch them battle each other over the next year!

This cute girl is the first fox we have ever created! Although she has enough ear control to put them in any direction she wants, she has plenty of things we love about her. It is a shame that we cannot show her yet due to foxes not being recognized but she is to pretty to not breed, We are trying to decide which buck to breed her to, which buck do you think we should pair her with?

We got this doe a little while back and she is currently with a litter of five. We were excited to add a quality otter doe to breed with Happy Hills Sharkboy. You will see their litter soon. Credit to Addy and Rachel for the pics as I haven't gotten around to taking pics of her since she got here. Not only does she look great she feels amazing too, body and the coat.

Introducing Happy Hills Sharkboy
We are late getting around to introducing him as we got him from Rhonda at nationals this year along with Lava Girl. Can't thank her enough for getting this otter project started. His first litter has just started to hit the show tables and there are more just out of the nest box. We learned in the latest litter that he does carry chocolate also!
You will see some of his offspring soon.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! I hope yall all get to spend it with the people you love.

Thank you Cindi for all of your support and always being one phone call away. You have given us a lot of the pieces that make up our herd today. You helped us never give up.

Thank you Rhonda for helping us start our otter project and always being a person we can turn to no matter what.

Thank you Nick for your help while we were starting out. You are always someone we look forward to seeing and catching up with.

Thank you Pat and Val Cammack for all of your help and thank you for always letting me hang out with yall.

Thank you to the bolings (Shelbie, Carlie, Julie and Kevin). You are always a huge help with everything and are always there for us.

Last but definitely not least Thank you dad for all of your support. Without you I wouldnt even have one rabbit let alone a whole rabbitry with rabbits that place on the national scale. I love you so much and I have no idea what I would do without you. Thank you for not only letting me go on this crazy, wild, stressful, exciting and quite frankly amazing journey with the rabbits but also joining me and embracing it.

Im so sorry if I missed any of our friends, just know we are thankful for everything! We love you all and hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving!! We would not be here without yall. I hope to see yall at Nationals!!

A lot of people ask how many chances you give a doe before giving up. This is Quietcreek's Clairiere and her first four litters were disasters. Babies born on wire, severe over grooming and some babies eaten. Her fifth litter she produced Hero's Damiella who is currently 15th in the top lop standings for our good friend Averi @ Ginger Ridge Rabbitry. Her sixth litter she produced Hero's Gunhawk who has more legs than any other rabbit here and placed 38 SSB at convention at less than a year old. She is the grand dam to Hero's Rocket who just placed 8th at convention as a very young junior. She's still a mess for the first 24 hours after having babies but we have learned to time her litters better to when someone can be there to pull babies and shelve them until she is ready to care for them. We started out shelving for longer periods of time and just holding onto her when putting her on to feed them, and over time learned what she could handle. Some people might not have the time or patience to deal with a difficult doe, but for others it might be their best chance at making good show babies and worth the effort. Clairiere is worth the effort to us and should be welcoming another litter in the near future.

Introducing... Hero's Rocket🚀
(Hero's Penguin x Hero's Two Gun Lil')
This handsome little boy made his show career debut at the 101st ARBA Convention, and he did not disappoint. At only 14.5 weeks old this boy placed 8th BJB! I am beyond proud of him and I think he will grow to be the next broken herd buck in my barn. Thank you to all of my friends for all of your help!!

This sweet little girl is one of my favorite moms in the barn! We are extremely grateful for Bolingbabiesrc and all of their help. Her brother Hero's Gunhawk got 38th SSB at Convention this year and her son got 8th BJB!!!! She may not be the best looking rabbit in the barn but the genetics are definitely there and she passes them on.

A throwback to two years ago at the Kentucky State Fair with the foundational pair of rabbits to this herd. Quietcreek Farm - Qc Liora was best opposite s*x breed and Quietcreek's Bakota won his class also. Liora's show career was short but successful before she started producing offspring that have placed at nationals and convention and have become grand champions. Now she is the grand-dam of rabbits placing high at big shows and becoming grand champion. Bakota went on to win two reserve in show and one best in show along with many other wins. He still gets out to show occasionally but mostly stays in the barn these days.

Im very interested to see how this litter turns out. This is Hero's Lady Chaos' first litter and she was paired with Happy Hill's General! I know some of my friends dont agree but there is something that sticks out about black hollands.❤️
