Adopt a well mannered puppy!!

Little Brown went out this evening on her first outing and did amazing! She is such a little doll! She's quiet, loving, sweet and oh so patient!!
I'm so proud of her! ♥️

I finally caught a photo of Sweet Pea drinking from the pond... she never takes a drink without at least one leg in the water! Such a goofball 😂

The first time she drank from the pond, baby girl wasn't expecting it to be so deep and ended up falling in! I guess it didn't bother her too much because it wasn't the only time she did it 😅 ...and she seems to love cooling off from the cool water! Can't be surprised that she didn't get upset though... Sweet Pea doesn't let anything phase her or dampen her happy disposition! ♥️

I love seeing previous training dogs! My girl, Sweet Pea, brought her sister Phoebe to stay for a visit!
It's so good to see you bounding around the yard, flying over the other dogs in exuberance while playing. We've missed you, darlin' ♥️

Dulce’s puppies have gotten so big!!
10 puppies was a lot ma’am, but you did good, Dulce, they are beautiful and sweet! …Still can’t believe there was only 1 boy in the bunch tho!
They get their first shots this Friday, then they are ready to find themselves a new family!

Loving their work

Just because a dog finds something stressful doesn't mean you shouldn't do it... how do we get better at something if you don't practice it? No competition, Sweet Pea's least favorite activity is the stay. You can see in the video that she's panting. The weather is not the cause, it's not hot out... the cause is her working hard using self-control when she'd rather not. Sometimes they pant, sometimes they shiver; dogs will show outward expressions of inner conflict. Conflict and stress have a negative connotation, but that doesn't mean it should be avoided. School, college, university, work, sports practice, the gym, etc... they all require discipline and some amount of stress... and we are all better for it.
