Come in for a tour and select which type room you would like for your pet(s) to stay in during the holiday, and check out our spacious play yards (indoor and outdoor). We offer tours from 6:30am-8:00pm! 💙

"PetVet365 Richmond Road has been serving pets in our community for a little over one year now. We are proud to be one of the only Fear Free Certified Veterinary Clinics in Lexington, and offer a unique atmosphere for our patients. From treat menus featuring a wide array of yummy goodies, to our examination rooms modeled after living rooms (no scary exam tables!) and tailored to the comfort of every pet, every area of our clinic is designed to help your pet to relax and become more comfortable during their appointment! Each room consists of favorite toys, treats, and even a TV to help your pet feel at home as well as species-specific pheromones to help ease any fear/anxiety/stress that may occur upon arrival. We also offer a specialized room with a solid door and direct parking lot access for our more introverted or anxious patients.

For pets who are a bit more stressed/anxious at the vet or have maybe not had the best experience in the past, we offer a Victory Visit program! This program is designed to help pets reassociate veterinary visits with positive experiences and build trust between our team and your pet. As a Fear-Free Certified clinic, "just get it done" is not in our vocabulary; We let our patients dictate the speed and direction of their visits by practicing consent-based care and do not force pets into any situation in which they are not comfortable. For pets that may need a little extra help, we may provide a combination of oral medications called a "Chill Pill Pack" to help ease your pet's stress and anxiety during their visit.

In addition to general care, we offer specialized wellness (VIP) plans that can be customized with your pet in mind! These plans allow you to pay over time for all recommended annual preventative care, including annual vaccinations, heartworm testing and prevention, intestinal parasite screening, and a complete blood panel screening (our senior plan also includes preventative radiographs). Additional services or procedures, such as spay/neuter, dental cleanings, flea & tick prevention, may also be added at an additional cost to further customize your pet's plan! Not only that, but our VIP members enjoy no-cost exams and consultations as well as access to the PetVet365 medical team via text every night until 10:00pm.

We also see exotic pets on a limited basis and are open 7 days a week! Our hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM and Saturday-Sunday 9AM-1PM.
