Sending a huge thank you to Robin Pendergraft for the generous care package for Groovy & the support over the past few weeks! Groovy is a happy pup with his new toys and treats & we are so thankful!! PSA - if anyone out there owns a pit, Nylabone toys are a must.

Groovy has had a rough start to life and is on a journey to find his forever home.

Groovy was found on the highway last week and after numerous conversations with Groovy’s past owners, they relinquished ownership and Groovy was officially deemed my foster.

Background: Groovy started life in an animal shelter and was adopted by his prior owners. Groovy was left outside on a chain with no care. He eventually escaped and was found by me.

Age: 11 months old
Breed: Pit mix
Weight: ~ 25 lbs.
Health: UTD on shots, microchipped, neutered, & healthy
Temperament: Extremely happy, loving, and playful.
Good with other dogs? YES
Good with other people? Yes
Good with children? Unknown
Good with cats? Unknown
Likes: Toys, dog beds, bones, and cuddling / being as close as possible to people.
Dislikes: Being in the car unless he’s allowed to sleep on the floorboards
