It is with the heaviest of hearts we share the passing of our sweet Clyde.

I owe so much to Clyde. He was my perfect boy, and my ride or die. I am not sure how I am going to navigate life without him by my side. He loved me like no other, and I him.

Clyde loved to work and play. He would happily do anything I asked. He was fun to train whether it be obedience, dock, shed, or his newest adventure of gun dog. He loved to go on walks and take in all the smells - checking in frequently of course to be sure he can still see me. He loved Go Team Therapy Dogs and spreading joy wherever he could. He was just rock solid, and beautiful.

I have always said my job is to love them and let them live their best lives, and I hope I did that for Clyde. He has left a huge hole in my heart, and I'm absolutely devastated.

Several Black Label pups competed in shed hunting last weekend with Lonestar K9 Performance in Alvarado. Fun was had!

🦌 Pope was still not feeling completely himself though he worked hard - like always! He earned two champion passes with a third place on Sunday!

🦌 Clyde had great runs earning second and third place spots on the working podium. Clyde also earned his WSDX4 title, pending AKC approval.

🦌 Simms made his shed hunt debut earning two champion passes with a first place win! So proud of this guy - first place, in champion, on his first ever run!

🦌Philly also made her shed hunt debut in working earning herself two passes with a fourth place podium spot! (Philly belongs to Taylor, our head obedience trainer)

These dogs love to work, and proved it this weekend!

PS - Pope is okay to work. Don’t come at me! We always have their best interests 🖤
