Good Morning Farmsters, it is a beautiful day and there's a lot to do. If you are in the Liberty Hill area, there is a great Market happening today with lots of crafts and vendors even a food truck. Hope fully you will have time to stop by and pick up this weeks meat. We have a full selection of pork, beef and chicken today.

Due to the rain canceling the local market, we will be selling from the farm today And tomorrow!
The weather changes and work still happens around the farm. The usual projects will be happening all weekend and if you feel like stopping by for a visit or to purchase our products, we are available.
For those interested in getting your hands dirty on some projects and hobby work here is a list of "stuff" currently ongoing.

There is a leather working project I am working on. If you are interested in natural tanning of cow hides this may be worth an afternoon. I am softening a tanned but not yet conditioned hide.

If you have ever wanted to heat up metal in a coal forge and smash it with a hammer that is also a ranch experience. A small coal forge and beginner tools are a start. You can see the mistakes made and learn how to make your own.

If gardening is something you want to dig into, the wicking bed needs the mulch mixed in.

Of course if you just want to stop by for a farm tour and pick some Pork Chops, Bratwurst or any of our other products that is always an option.

New Season is new markets and new friends. Today we are in Granite Shoals and tomorrow will be another open house at the ranch. We are stocked with bratwurst, pork chops and beef.

Today's market at Indian Mound Ranch is loaded with a lot of great local vendors selling handmade goods artisan crafts that are great gifts.
Bountiful Acres has boneless skinless chicken breast, whole chickens along with a full selection of beef to include ribs steaks and roasts. We also have our usual great selection of pork products.

Lago Vista Farmer’s Market 7-5-19

Bountiful Acres is a recently custom constructed small animal processing facility. We are fully functional with new equipment including every thing needed to process your own flock. From mounted killing cones, knives, scalder, plucker to vacuum packing and freezers. This facility is available for all small livestock owners to lease so that you are able to slaughter your own animals for your own purposes. We located North of Austin TX in Liberty Hill.
