We're growing and ready to add a horse experienced team member(s) to our barn!!!
Duties include stall cleaning, emptying water buckets, turnout, general barn chores/cleaning as needed. The right candidate, with previous show horse experience, may have the opportunity to lunge/ride a few horses as well. MUST have reliable transportation, be dependable, and have recent horse experience. We are located just 10 minutes from Oxford, OH and 10 minutes from Liberty and Brookville, IN and about 30 minutes from Richmond, IN. Days are flexible and will include some weekends. Working hours are mostly mornings. If you have a horse that you may be interested in boarding, candidate may be able to work off some of the board. Pay will be based on experience. We are opening a few stalls for an established trainer or assistant trainer looking to establish themselves. We want someone that would like to build their business with us. We have a growing lesson program we are continuing to enhance and build in 2024. Barn amenities include indoor and outdoor arenas, heated stalls, tack room, and bathroom just to name a few. We are in search of a unicorn pony/horse for a student at Snowden Stables. A packer type, around 14-15 hands, stocky and stout. Advanced beginner friendly. W/T/C, some beginner jumping experience and show experience at the local level would be great or some good potential there. Some light maintenance ok. Preferred age between 10 and 16. Again, I know this is going to be hard to find but we thought we would start looking. Please send me what you might have. Our location is Liberty, IN so nothing to far of a drive but open for the right horse. Goal of around mid $3k.

Snowden Stables will have a couple stall openings starting in July. We offer great personal care to all our horses. Stalls cleaned daily, water buckets dumped daily, great spaces for riding, wash rack, bathroom, and good barn family. Please contact us if you are interested in boarding with us. Snowden Stables is looking for barn help. Needing someone to clean stalls, empty buckets, do turnout, general barn cleaning. Hours can very somewhat, based on how we can work out agreed upon schedule with all help. Weekdays and weekends will be needed. Must have horse experience in order to handle the horses. Snowden Stables Lesson Openings!
We have a couple openings for new students to join us.

We create a solid foundation for beginners, or we can help sharpen your current riding skills and continue building on them!
Lesson horses available on-site and haul-ins welcome. We offer western, English and for more advanced students’ dressage and jumping.

Snowden Stables has a just a couple stalls remaining for the winter. Come check us out and get your stall, you can ride all winter and keep your horse in shape or work on new events for next year's show season!

Don't let the Indiana address fool you. We are close to Oxford, Hamilton, and Cincinnati, Ohio and Indiana folks, we are close to Liberty, Richmond, Connersville, and Brookville.... check our location.
