Ruby and Rose are Percheron cross mares, 16 hands tall, and 4 and 5 years old. They are solid mares and drive really well. The c**t and filly, 4 and 5 months old, are out of a Belgian stallion. They are nicely built and handle well. If someone is interested, I would like to sell them all together. Ruby and Rose are currently open and ready to breed with the stallion of your choice, or you can simply wean the babies and enjoy driving them. They are broke to most farm all machinery and are safe around traffic.
Even though they are black mares, they have been sun-bleached from being outside in the southern KY sun all summer. They will turn back black when they regrow their hair this fall. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone to own a nice team and have another young team in the making. If you are only interested in the c**ts, I am willing to split them up or just sell the mares and keep the babies. Sally and Sandy are two Suffolk Standardbred Draft Cross mares. They are full sisters standing 14.2 hands tall and are 4 and 5 years old, respectively. These mares share a strong bond and have been together since birth. They were bred by a local Amish breeder with the goal of creating a strong and versatile horse suitable for farm work and riding. These mares were bred to a Suffolk stallion. Sadly, Sally lost her foal, while Sandy's foal, a 75% Suffolk stud c**t named Bullet, will accompany them.
