Hi we are Chance and Keli Ingram
We are the owners of Grooming Tails
We have been married for 27 years
We have 3 boys Gage, Dalton, and Caleb
I was a hair dresser, photographer, and teacher before dog grooming!
I recently got my certification to groom dogs.
I have always loved animals from a young age. I knew I wanted to groom your fur babies from the first day I got my sweet baby Phoebe the sheepadoodle when I would sit on the floor 7 days a week and brush her hair. I am so excited to take on this adventure and I’m so thankful for my husband and boys standing behind me while doing this.

We are so excited to meet you! I cannot wait to see what this holds for our future here in Liberty. My customers have been amazing and patient. I cannot wait to help teach you about your baby! 💕🐾

Good morning everyone!

This will be our cancellation policy as of June 5, 2024

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment. To ensure our business runs efficiently and our groomers are fairly compensated we have this cancellation policy in place.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel or reschedule after the 24 hour notice we have the right to charge 50 % of your grooming services. If you do not show up to your appointment without any notice we have the right to charge 100 % of your grooming services.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

With that being said, we are already booked for next week and almost the week after. If you need a doodle/ poodle appointment please book them as soon as you can as these are longer appointments for us and allow more time for us to do. Please book as far in advance as you can.
