With winter storms finally starting to creep onto the weather report, it's very important to make sure you are fully stocked and prepared so you aren't caught out in the cold!

Make sure you have extra heat bulbs or pads, a working digital themometer or thermostat, and plenty of feeders in case you get stuck inside! 🥶

The Paroprhynus carolynae juvenile currently on offer is a new adventure to us here at the Biodome, especially in terms of behavior. The more commonly available Tanzanian whip is a much more reclusive species, but this southern U.S specimen is seen patrolling her wood in the open daily!
