With the recent wildfires and devasting weather of last week, there are many people in need of materials to rebuild fences, sheds, homes and they also need hay, grain, feed and some need assistance with veterinary bills. One such family and ranch is RMH Horse Ranch in Hays Kansas. Rick, Mary and Hannah Sturdy have been our good friends for over 10 yrs, and their ranch was one of those, that was wiped out by the wildfires. By the grace of God, none of their horses were killed but some still needed veterinary care.

Please, if anyone can help our friends we/they would greatly appreciate any and all help. They are in need of: fencing material, t-posts, smooth woven wire, electric fencing wire, insulators, corner posts, hay, horse panels for gates, help with medical bills for the horses and many other things. Please keep them in your prayers, along with everyone else that were devastated by the fires and weather last week. God Bless you all and Merry Christmas.

Well it was/is a horribly windy day today, but Crystal decided to try to work with Chamber this evening despite the weather. Here are a few pictures and videos of Chamber, this is his first time with ground work and then Crystal tried a blanket and saddle. He did wonderful.

Today was an unusual day. We were asked to help with moving some cattle. We didn't have any horses with us, all we had was Tank, the 7 month old Great Dane herding dog. This is the first time he has ever been asked to do anything like this. He is amazing.

What a wonderful weekend. Val And Delilah were home and Michael, Alyssa and Breanne, came to the ranch along with Crystal, Darrell and I. We all had a wonderful ride Saturday evening and again Sunday morning. It was Alyssa Sehl first ride ever. The first time she came to the Ranch, 3 or 4 years ago, she was terrified of horses and since then she has grown to trust and love them. It was an absolute amazing time.

In July 14, 2017, my cousin Kim Patton Wheeler along with her children Ali and Blake came along. Crystal Blair, Val and Darrell Matal also rode that day. Today was the first time that Blake had ever ridden a horse by himself. He did wonderful. Ali had an incident with Gunnie and ended the ride with Apollo. But never the less, everyone had a great time and no one got hurt, horse or human. 😊

Here is Chips, first time saddled and first ride. Look how much he has grown and matured. He is for sale and is currently still an intact mature boy. He is a very good boy and takes everything in stride.

Good evening everyone. Well it's been not quite a year since I've posted anything especially pictures. But we have a lot going on at the ranch right now and I'm hoping to get a lot of pictures posted of many many rides that we have had recently. I'll see how many I can get done tonight.
