HUGE Shout out to Darbster Rescue! Today our sweet Regal is headed up north to his forever home in Maine! This sweet 15-year-old boy, who was found as a stray, will know nothing but love for the rest of his life; thanks to our wonderful Hospice and Senior adopter Ryan Hanson. Saving these dogs would not be possible without the generosity of Ellen and the staff of Darbster Rescue. We so appreciate you and so do the countless animals that you transport every month! DONATIONS REQUESTED FOR REGAL ❤️‍🩹

We rescued 15 Year Old Regal from Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control on January 5th. He is a sweet gentle guy, who loves to eat, sleep and be on the receiving end of affection. He was seen by our vet for senior blood work and routine testing. For his age, he is relatively healthy other than age appropriate arthritis. Regal has already been adopted! He will be moving to Maine and living with a previous adopter who adopted one of our hospice dogs, who has since passed. Regal will spend the rest of his life being pampered by his new Dad and human brother. Darbster Rescue will be transporting Regal to New Hampshire, where Regal will meet his new Dad and travel on to Maine!
We are asking for donations to pay for Regals medical care. Since Regal’s life expectancy is unknown, and his adoption fee has been waived, your donations towards his care are greatly appreciated. Seniors who are discarded and left to fend for themselves on the streets like Regal, are so deserving of our grace and support. ❤️🙏🏻

Elphaba is 9 Week old (DOB 11/15/24)Sweet Female Pitt/Mix Puppy (we think!) We have done a DNA Test, the results will be back in a few weeks. She is the largest puppy in the litter, she already weighs over 9lbs. She’s full of s***k and loves to wrestle with her siblings! She is extremely smart, she’s working on potty training and leash training. She is currently living in a foster home with children and loves to snuggle and play! She is teething, so toddlers are not an ideal fit for Elphaba.

Elphaba will be spayed at 12 weeks old. She will be microchipped, UTD on vaccinations, flea/tick and heart worm medication prior to finalizing her adoption.

Percy is a Gorgeous 3 year old, Male- 81lb, Black Labrador Retriever Mix. He was an owner surrender to Palm Beach County Animal Country Care and Control for unknown reasons. He was reported by his previous owners to be good with other dogs, cats, kids and even chickens! Percy has been living in a foster home with our rescue with another dog and doing great! He is a sweet, and playful boy. He LOVES to play fetch with his ball. He loves the water and enjoys swimming.. he’s a lab! He is crate trained and fully potty trained and walks well on a leash. He would do best in a home with a large fenced yard to run and play in. He would enjoy kids to play with and/or an active adult to keep him stimulated.

Percy is neutered, microchipped, UTD on vaccinations, flea/tick and heart worm prevention and is parasite free.

Bailey is a very sweet male Domestic Shorthair kitten born July 30, 2024. Bailey was rescued from a foreclosed property near downtown Fort Lauderdale with his siblings. Bailey is very cat friendly and a purr machine! He purrs for other cats and he will purr before you even touch him. He also loves to play and explore just as much as he loves his feline friends. Bailey has gorgeous amber eyes and adorable markings, check out the tips of his ears! He is a looker and a charmer!

Fisher is a sweet male Domestic Shorthair black kitten born approximately September 15, 2024. Fisher was found in a flower shop by a good Samaritan. The owner of the shop called our local vet and they asked if we could help. Fisher is a beautiful black house panther boy. He loves to cuddle and really likes fluffy donut beds he can snuggle in. He is more laid back but enjoys his toys and chasing the red dot laser. He is great with other cats and overall, just a sweet boy.

TODAY’S UPDATE FROM AL’S FOSTER!

“Al Cabone did great today while I was at work. I did not crate him last night and I did not crate him today either. He did do great! My son spent several hours with him as well. He was so excited when I got home and greeted me with a wagging tail. He is just the best boy!”

Update on Albert, aka Al Cabone! Poor Al has been having a rough week.. he was neutered last weekend at Animal Care and Control prior to us breaking him out! His private parts were extremely swollen when we brought him home and his foster Mom has been amazing at keeping them on ice 🥶 Thankfully, today he is feeling a bit better. He is just the sweetest, snuggliest guy. I got lots of kisses today when I went to check on him. ❤️🐾 Look at that sweet face 🥰

Today we welcome 7 month old Leo to the Lady Luck Animal Rescue Family. Leo’s Mom is heartbroken to have to surrender him, but she is allergic to him and so is her Granddaughter who visits frequently. Leo is a typical energetic Purebred Boxer, full of Toddler energy and affection. Leo will be staying with his current owners until he gets neutered and then we will find him the perfect furrever family. ❤️🐾

Nenana was rescued at just 8 days old with her two siblings Chena and Fairbanks. They were bottle fed by their fosters so they are very friendly. Nenana adores playing with her sibling and other foster kittens in the house.

She enjoys toys that let her showcase her playful side, she especially loves playing fish with the fishing pole toy. If you're looking for a loving companion who will bring joy and a touch of adventure to your life, Nenana would love to meet you! Black cats are the best!!

CAN ANYONE FOSTER PERCY? I am going to ACC today with a potential foster to meet another dog. PLEASE HELP US SAVE PERCY!! ❤️‍🩹🙏🏻🐾 AVAILABLE FOR FOSTER TO ADOPT!! I met Percy today at Animal Care and Control. OMG! What a HUNK!! His coat is like velvet, he is playful, loving and just an all around good dog. Percy is approximately 3 years old. He was found as a stray and has been at the shelter since November 10th! This is unacceptable to me. He needs to get out this week! There is absolutely no reason that this beautiful boy should sit in a cage for another day. He’s good in the play group with other dogs, cats are unknown. He weighs 81 lbs, so children in the home must be 10 years or older. He LOVES to play fetch, so a fenced backyard is a must for this guy. He also loves to swim.. he’s a lab! Adoption update with a cute video of Miss Frizzle. Her name will probably become Dolce. She hid under the bed for 24 hours and hissed and growled, and then she came out and turned into a huge cuddly purr machine.

UPDATE: ADOPTED ❤️ AVAILABLE FOR FOSTER TO ADOPT!! Meet Cairo!! He’s a 6 month old Malinois Mix Puppy. He was found as a stray in Miami. A Good Samaritan took him in and tried to find his owner, to no avail. He is not microchipped, but he will be when we get him neutered. He is good with other dogs, cats and humans! He has not been around children yet, but he’s sweet as can be!! He can jump high, which is typical for the breed, so a tall 6’ fence would be ideal, but not mandatory if you plan to walk him. He’s pretty chill for a Malinois and walks well on a leash. He is potty trained. He is UTD on vaccinations, dewormer and flea/tick/heart worm prevention.
